Thomas Staples Martin (July 29, 1847 – November 12, 1919) was an American lawyer and Democratic Party politician from Charlottesville, Virginia. He represented Virginia in the United States Senate for nearly twenty-five years.
Martin died while in office, at his home in Charlottesville, and is buried in the cemetery of the University of Virginia there.
